For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a pastor here in Santa Barbara—walking with people through life’s most meaningful moments. Of all those moments, officiating weddings is one of my greatest joys. There is something profoundly sacred and beautiful about standing with two people as they promise their lives to one another, surrounded by the people they love, in a place that already feels sacred.
I believe a wedding ceremony should feel deeply personal, intentional, and true to who you are as a couple. My approach is not “one-size-fits-all.” I take time to listen to your story—how you met, what you love about each other, what has shaped you, and what kind of marriage you hope to build.

Having spent decades counseling couples, walking alongside marriages in every season, and being married to Erin for over 25 years, I bring both warmth and wisdom to each ceremony. I aim to create a moment that feels grounded and meaningful, while also being accessible, joyful, and memorable for everyone present—whether they’re deeply spiritual or simply there to celebrate love.
